This office is the most friendly dentist's practice that I've been to. The staff is so personable and remembers you! You are not just a number to them, you can tell they care and want you as a patient. Costs of services are reasonable and appointments are quite easy to make and change if needed! Great environment!

As soon as I entered the door the process of receiving dental care was simplified and various options provided. NBFD made the entire process so easy for me and the dental care itself is immaculate. Disclaimer: I became a patient because my fiance started practicing there. That being said, I have had absolutely wonderful interactions and experiences with every staff person at NFBD. They're kind, professional, and great at everything they do. I understand my opinion may seem bias, but I had only gone to larger practices with multiple locations prior to following him here so I wasn't sure what to expect. Receiving care from the familiar faces at each visit is something I didn't know I valued. I also love how close knit the staff is. If you're a more anxious type, the TVs in the examine rooms are a great distraction that have definitely put me at ease during some procedures. Drs West and Petersen along with their many associates are great at what they do.

Friendly and courteous staff. They made me feel so comfortable and explained exactly the treatment they are suggesting for my damaged teeth and when I asked questions they made sure I understood the explanation exactly.

The staff is so nice! Doctor West has a gentle touch and great communication. I would recommend this dentistry to and and everyone.
