Chateau Royal Apartments

Stayed here for almost 2 years. Very nice place, good neighbors. Of the few issue we had management fixed it the next morning. Owner is easy to deal with. The most problem free appartment that i have rented.

I’ve enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. Management is friendly and helpful, and other residents are respectful and kind.

I have been staying there for more than a year. The place is safe, clean and quiet. Responsive with maintenance issues/inquiries. Organized garbage disposal system. Nice indoor pool and covered parking structure. Awesome, approachable property manager, Chris. Thumbs up!

I have lived At the apartments for 10 years I had a great relationship with the owner/manager Chris never had a problem with him was very understanding and kind had a problem with the apartment he was there right away to fix it thank you for the good 10 years of living there
