I cannot say enough wonderful things about Faith, Joy, and Kim. We had a most tumultuous year for my parents, and my Mom had to move from her home of 20 years to assisted living. We were very luckily introduced to these wonderful professionals via the good folks at Caring Transitions and our Mom's next door neighbor who all praised the Joy Erickson Team. Even though my brother and I live in other states, Joy,Faith, & Kim, worked tirelessly to help make for a seamless house sale for our Mom's home. They gave us a clear picture of what it would take to sell the home, calibrated our expectations, worked tirelessly on our behalf, and were nothing but professional and kind to our Mom and to us. They did a great job of staging and listing the house. The best part was that even in this tough market, they got the house sold in under a month with a great offer. I am naturally skeptical of working with folks I haven't met before, let alone people many states away from me, but I was so lucky we got to work with this team. They went the extra mile and did really high quality work. Most importantly, they treated our Mom (who had her own share of real estate transactions over the years) with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care. Joy & team truly are a joy to work with! Joy diplomatically helped us prioritize the updates we needed to do to show our house at its best, and gave us practical, low cost suggestions to get it there. She has great knowledge of the area and house market and answered our many questions promptly and thoroughly. Faith came in and staged it--it looked so amazing we almost wanted to stay! And Kim helped us through the closing process with minimal stress and efficiency. All three are positive and solutions-oriented. 100% great experience. Joy and her team were incredible throughout our entire homebuying process.
