(June 25, 2014, 11:55 am)Sheila is an incredible instructor. When she says "It's just yoga," she means it. No fuss, no muss, no mirrors, no music -- just 90 minutes of pure yoga. She's amazingly good at what she does and works to make sure that her students perfect their poses to maximize the benefits of yoga and she does it all with a kindness and gentleness that makes the 90 minutes just fly by.
