  I had a great experience with Eastside Exterminators. I called on Tuesday. 8/24 for assistance with a spider problem and they sent someone out next day. Patch Ryan called when he was on his way and arrived right when I expected him. Patch did a great job explaining what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions/concerns or problem areas I'd like him to focus on and highlighted to keep our dogs inside while the treatment set for the next 45 minutes. I appreciated the reminder about the dogs and his attention to detail. At the end of the job, Patch walked me through the areas he addressed and explained potential causes for the spiders and suggestions for the future to keep them out. I would use Eastside Exterminators again without a doubt and Patch was great to work with!

  Patch and his teammate (I apologize but forgot his name!) were amazing and very knowledgeable. They immediately knew what type of bee we had going into our shingle siding (carpenter bees) and worked with us to find a solution that didn’t harm the bees since they are pollinators. They walked the perimeter of our home and sprayed for spiders etc as well. It was very speedy (under 30 minutes) and we appreciated their service. They were super kind and made a great impression.

  Bruce did a very thorough job of searching every possible nook and cranny to see where ants were entering the house. Even willingly crawled up in our attic and searched! So appreciate all of his efforts and professional explanations. Not a single complaint; just straight information! I would recommend Bruce's services in a moment. Actually all of East Side Services staff and management are the best! This company along with Bruce have also serviced our rental for years with impeccable service and communication with both us and our tenants! We really appreciate their top notch service. Good job you guys 👦!

  Eastside Exterminators has always been amazing! My parents used them when I lived at home and as soon as I got my first place I started seeing spiders the size of my hand and knew who to call right away! I’ve been using them myself for about 2 years now and don’t plan on changing it! When I first started using their services Luke was our technician and he was SO awesome!!! Recently, he was promoted and we were informed we were getting a new technician. Initially, I was worried about the change since Luke had done such an amazing job and been so friendly and helpful. However, it’s now become clear that thats just how they do things at Eastside!! Our new tech Andrew is equally as awesome!! No complaints whatsoever about Eastside, they check all the boxes!!!

  Eastside has been easy to work with and our technician, Alex has been great. He's on time, Professional, engaging and always addresses any concerns we might have. We've had to ask him to come out a couple of times in between regular service visits to address issues and he's always been prompt and willing. I think I can honestly say that we might not have continued using Eastside after our contract expired if it had not been for the fact that we know that it's going to be the same technician that comes out every time who understands our needs and concerns and that we've been able to build a rapport with over the last year and a half. So thank you Eastside Alex!
