For starters, each branch has their own phone number that you can call and talk to a real-life person in that brach- and they know who you are. These bankers are empowered to answer questions and solve problems over the phone. Their tellers are efficient, I never stand in lines like the big banks. BMO Harris offers far more competitive product and fees than others.
I'll be a loyal customer for life! -
