  I want to Thank Janell W. for providing me with the most awesome customer service! With all that is going on with store closings, she was open when I desperately needed shoes for walking on concrete and I didn’t know where to go! Janell made it so nice for me! I actually had shoes to choose from and that never happens! I will go no where else EVER! Thanks Janell for making me elated!

  I went the Roseville, MN location to find a pair of shoes that will accommodate my orthotic brace. I was skeptical at first. I spoke with a lovely Comfort Specialist named Jacinta who brought out two sizes of a pair I liked. Of course they were too small. But she said she knows of a pair that runs the widest in the store. Not only did she loosen the shoe strings for me but the shoes fit perfectly and I bought them! I want to give a great big thanks to a person who went out of her way for me! You truly are an example of advanced customer service. I will definitely come back for a new pair in the future!

  Love the shoes, sandals sold here! Worth paying more for better quality. They last longer and are more comfortable.
