“I've had Optage services for two weeks now and it has been absolutely wonderful. I am younger than their average client and they treat me with great respect. I require temporary home health care due to a spinal surgery. This was my second surgery and the company I had used previously was awful so I was a little apprehensive. I'm very happy to say that they've exceeded my expectations. I have set times for my showers and if something comes up they give me plenty of notice about the change. All other providers (RN and PT) that have come to my home call the night before to set up the time and make sure the day works. They completely understood when I requested that my showers do not fall on the same day as physical therapy unless it's unavoidable. Then I requested that physical therapy come prior to the shower. They all are friendly and do a great job with all my requests. I definitely recommend Optage home care.”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Growing up in the 70's and 80's going to the dentist was not something I looked forward too...no matter how many toys or stickers I got. As an adult, very rarely have I been treated so well at ANY doctor's office. Yes, I have some cavaties that need filled and a tooth that needs extracted. At other offices it's been clean, exam, and get hit with thousands of dollars to fix what's wrong. And it's always imperative it gets done immediately. Dr. Shearen is in my network (thankfully) so I gave her a try. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE!!! I feel like she and the staff actually care more about the patients than the bottom line. I can have the work done on my teeth when I want to and not feel pressured at all. I was also given several payment options, none of which I had to chose right then. Seriously, if even thinking about going to the dentist makes you break out in a cold sweat...GO HERE!!”
