  My Dad recently moved from one assisted living community to another and required home health care services. Able Care Connect Home Health has been the Light in his day. Change is incredibly hard for my dad, however he looks forward to his daily visits from ACCHH staff. They got to know him on a personal level and each visit the staff engages with him and has true meaningful conversations to keep his spirits up! Part of this stage of life is sharing memories and being heard. Thank you for your open hearts and minds to healing the WHOLE person! Truly Greatful!

  I highly recommend Able Care Connect of Minnesota for care of seniors. The difficult experience we've had with my father's health decline was made much easier to bear knowing such kind and knowledgeable professionals were taking care of him. They went above and beyond, and were good about communicating with us kids. It's not easy work and takes the right kind of compassionate and patient person to do. The folks I met and observed all seemed like stellar human beings!

  Five stars and then some! Our family chose Able Care Connect to provide home health services for our father, age 88, after he fell and fractured his hip. Our dad's rehabilitation has been complex, to say the least, but we've been blown away by Able Care's team and their services. We kids live out of state, and dad insists on living at home alone without full-time assistance. We didn't know what to look for when hiring home health services - or know how we'd be able to juggle the coordination of dad's recovery - but Able Care has made it as easy and reassuring as possible.
  
  Jennifer, the executive director, is remarkably accessible and down to earth. She's patient in fielding all of our questions and extremely knowledgeable about seniors and their needs on many levels, and also about the Medicare system and its rules and coverage. (Able Care is Medicare certified and works only with seniors.) Jennifer never makes us feel rushed or silly when asking questions about our dad's hip pain, catheter care, UTIs, medications, home safety, emotional well-being, etc. She shoots us straight and explains things in layperson's terms, yet always with professionalism and a good attitude.
  
  Jen has assembled a great team of nurses and therapists with family-like cohesion. They're incredibly helpful and go above and beyond in providing services, even in tough circumstances. Their good attitudes and diligence have won over our dad - who can be appropriately crotchety and skeptical for his age sometimes! One aide, who had to leave dad's house unexpectedly because his wife had gone into labor, called from the hospital to check in on him. Dad's physical therapist went out of his way to build him a wooden platform for his recliner, to help dad in transitioning out of the chair. And the nurse/case manager even came by on a Sunday afternoon to review dad's progress - a practice she said helps her get ready for the week and set up her nurses and the patient for success. I could go on with such examples...
  
  Suffice it to say, our family highly recommends Able Care home health for the expert care and good will their team provides. They have given us relative peace of mind as we do our best to support our dad as he "ages in place."

  My parents have used Able Care Services since January and have been very happy. Both of them received Physical and Occupational therapy and have significantly improved! Because of poor blood circulation my dad’s legs need treatment each week. The nurse who comes in to do this is not only great at her job but is truly delightful. She brings a smile to their faces each time she come for his treatment. Thank you Able Care Connect!
