We had severe water damage between the upper and lower levels of our home with mold between the walls. Both bathrooms, the main wall going upstairs and our laundry room were affected. Dan and Ryan worked to remove the damaged materials and sprayed to prevent mold regrowing. Dan was able to explain the mitigation process to us and even helped us find a service to clean the coats and other items that were exposed to the mold. He offered an understanding manner and support while we went through the process of having our home gutted and it was very much appreciated.

Adam was great- he was knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the process and the plan for cleaning in a very detailed manner but simple to understand. He also gave great recommendations for future cleaning options. Appreciated the work he did for us and he was very efficient with the time and all that it entailed (first time duct and vent cleaning)! Will definitely continue services with TCF in the future.

I've had my carpet cleaned by a few other companies in the past and this company is by far the best! Austin W. was very professional and polite. He took time to explain the process and answer all my questions. My carpet was in desperate need of cleaning especially because of the pets we have. I actually considered replacing my carpet however it turned out amazing and looks so good, I don't feel that I need to anymore! Pricing was also reasonable given the large space I have. The company has many positive reviews from different web sites. In addition, to an industry award they received. Sure, I could have gone with a cheaper outfit, but I would rather pay a little more for Quilty. That being said, they are still very reasonable priced. I highly doubt the outcome would have been the same going with another outfit given the high-quality solutions and equipment used.

The carpet in the living room was in rough shape for only being five years old. So many stained spots and patches. Many of them ground in because of high traffic. I choose to add the optional deep cleaning with their proprietary cleaning solution for best possible outcome. Expectations on the ground in patches was not high with white carpet with brown speaks. Should have taken before pictures in hind site. The next morning, I was amazed at the results. All of the small spots came out and the two large patches, one of them is gone. The other, reduced in size and faint, even after vacuuming. Needless to say, they have a client for life.
