Patient First is my go to in lieu of my Primary availability. This location is near to me. I have always been treated very well here. This experience was what I expected very efficient and professional throughout. Cheyenne Tedesco, the PA was just the best. Lovely bedside manner and willing to explain and innumerate her diagnosis. It was delightful to have a provider take real time to look at drug interactions and explain why she was prescribing each.

I’ve always had positive experiences with Patient First and have been happy with the level of care received and the knowledge of the medical staff. Our whole family has been treated here at one point or another. They’re able to get to the right cause of symptoms quickly. Wait times have never been an issue either, not even in the midst of the pandemic.

As always, very pleasant staff all the way around. Called the previous evening to find out if the blood draw that I required was available, was told yes and when I asked what a good time to come in would be, they offered up just after midday. They were absolutely right on all counts so very pleasurable easy experience. slight negative was that the phlebotomist did not know I could leave as soon as the blood draw was done, so I sat in the exam room for a while before venturing out to ask someone else. But overall, I will, of course, be back.

I can barely describe how appreciative I am of my experiences at Patient First. I have been there (including other locations) several times and even when the wait is longer, they still communicated with us through the whole experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the system they have is very efficient, and they provide top quality of care. They offer warm blankets, a drink, things that are way over and above what is necessary, but honestly, is so amazing and comforting when you or your kid aren't feeling well. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

I love Patient First Urgent Care Center. I’ve only had to wait a long time there once and that was because of an uptick in COVID rates and my need for a test during heavy testing days. Every other time I’ve been seen in a timely fashion and by courteous and knowledgeable staff. I will continue to go there when my doctor cannot see me. I love your staff and your facility is clean and welcoming.
