I walked in to inquire about a new phone, and Dee was extraordinarily helpful. She reviewed our account to offer deals, went over specs on different phone models, and answered whatever questions I had. Dee is friendly and knowledgeable, I hope to see her again next time I need to go to this store!

Thank you so much, Bri! She was the only customer agent in the store during the time they opened. She helped us with looking up multiple phones, and spoke with the customer service representative on the phone, which was a pain in the butt. She stayed patient and professional all the way through, although, it was a lot of repeating the same info over and over again. We truly appreciate your wonderful services today.?

I needed to get a new SIM card and phone number transferred over from a different company for my grandmother and Travis the Manager was extremely efficient and helpful both time I came into the store!!
