  A phone call resulted in a pleasant conversation about my transmission issues and some helpful tips. I have not had my vehicle serviced here but after that phone call I will not hesitate to give them my business.

  Have to give a shout out to a very kind and honest auto mechanic. Last week, we dropped off my son's truck to have the transmission looked at. Shortly after, he called to say the issue wasn't the transmission and we could pick it up. When I drove to get it, he handed over the keys, walked me through the issue explaining it with detail, and that was it. When I asked for the cost, he said it wasn't anything. He "just drove it around and looked at it he said, that's nothing". I can't imagine that if we had brought it to anyplace different, that we'd have a $0 bill. No charge for his time. Thank you. We will definitely be back (but hopefully won't need it for quite some time!)

  Brad at MM is careful, explains everything well, and charges very reasonable rates. He is the perfect person to work on your transmission if you are not a transmission expert and have to rely on trust. Brad can be trusted and that is not all that common in the world of transmission repair. Really knows his stuff.
