(August 2, 2019, 11:33 pm)We called dozens of clinics with Civil Surgeons to get the immunization form done for the USCIS. They all said they would not do that portion only. They said they would only do it if we got the full medical exam, even though the USCIS said the exam was not necessary. Not only did Ezy Urgent Care Clinic do just what we needed, they did it very quickly.
