My family and I have been going to Roy's at least my entire life to have mike work on our vehicles great place decent prices
If you are looking for the touchie feelie customer service you should look elsewhere. If what you need is honest work with very reasonable prices this is where you should go. Don't get me wrong. They are friendly hard working "salt of the earth" people. Twice ive gone to other shops where the diagnosis was wrong and overpriced. I never go anywhere else now.
I cannot recommend this shop highly enough, if I could give it 10 stars I would. Especially as a woman - we all know how car repair places can be for us, I did not feel taken advantage of for one second here. Mike and the others working at the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed exactly what was wrong with my car without trying to sell me on anything else. The shop itself is cluttered and dirty but don't let that throw you off, the service is great. They'll take care of you here.
I'm fresh out of college and live here on my own, family is halfway across the country and I needed a good repairman. Those at Roy's are phenomenal. They make sure I'm well-taken care of, and for a great price!
I got some very quick, friendly and honest work today from Mike and his sister. They are very nice people. I recommend to anyoje in need of quick fixes.
