  What a huge difference "work hardening" physical therapy made! They asked questions about what concerns/worries I had about doing my job after my surgery. They observe your current ability and go from there. They tailored my strengthening regime to my actual work activities. When I had some setbacks or muscles acting up they were very knowledgeable about how to work through it and release IT band and fascia tension. I just "graduated" and I feel confident that I can safely do my job! Thanks guys- Stacey, Lisa, Ty!!

  Lisa Martens is fantastic! My parents were visiting for a couple of weeks and they went to the Saunders St Paul office for physical therapy for improved balance and to reduce falls. We'll definitely be coming back next time they are in town.

  I highly recommend Saunders to anyone that is looking for top notch care with an extremely knowledgeable staff. This place is wonderful and they work with you to tailor your experience to your needs. Everyone is very friendly and eager to help you out and support you every step of the way. The journey might be hard when recovering but, when you have such great people to work with it feels a lot easier. Thanks for all the help and things you guys taught me and helping me get my confidence back needed to be able to do my job again.

  The crew members are very professional and serious about their craft. From day one, I thought that they had my health as the primary concern to get better. Couldn't have asked for better service. Ty, Sarah and Lisa, amongst the rest of the staff, were great. I would recommend Saunders therapy to anyone seeking help to get back to where you need to be.

  Last week I completed work hardening therapy at the St Paul location. I'm most grateful, for the amazing and diligence staff (Ty), which has gotten me to where I am today. My experience here has more than exceeded my expectations of what physical therapy is. Not only did they help me recover from my shoulder injury, they also helped me find a part of myself, that I'd lost due to my injury.
  
  Saunders designed a treatment program especially for my shoulder injury and tweaked my program for maximum results. I had my doubts at first that work hardening was going to work, but within weeks I was feeling a difference. I’m living proof that the impossible is possible, when you have a dedicated staff that works to promote life changing results.
  
  I highly recommend Saunders to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thank You!!!
