  Our son, a mortgage broker, recommended Gretchen when we decided to downsize. We probably worked with Gretchen for about 3 years, beginning even before we began our search. She helped us find our condo and sold our home. Throughout our experience we were thoroughly impressed with Gretchen's professionalism. She was always careful not to tell us what we had to do, but allowed us to take her information and make our decisions. Her knowledge is so impressive and we learned a lot from her. Gretchen was quick to respond to texts or calls and never seemed bothered by any questions we had. After all of the time spent with Gretchen, we consider her a friend and that says a lot.

  Gretchen was our realtor as we shopped for our very first home, and she was simply amazing. With her help, we were able to complete the purchase on our first and only offer! She made the process so smooth for us as first-time home buyers. She is quick with follow-up and gets things done efficiently.   Gretchen at Team Edelstein is the best! She was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the tricky process of buying and selling a house at the same time! She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a new house. The market was very fast, and she was always able to get us into a house the day or day after it was listed. We ended up with our dream house and sold our house for above asking within 24 hrs! Gretchen is fantastic and we would definitely work with her again.

  Gretchen was extremely helpful when my mom decided to sell her home and move into an assisted living facility. It was so nice to work with such a professional real estate agent. Gretchen is very knowledgeable.
