My experience at Life Storage on Coursey BLVD has been great. Ramon was so helpful in my transfer to a larger unit . Also the manager, Mr Mark Sivori was so cordial and polite, very accommodating in addressing my request. Lastly, to Gynae who was my initial and first contact with this company. Gynae filled me in thoroughly about the services provided. She was awesome! Great representation there!

They were very helpful in getting me a unit fast and easy, i needed it right away and got it while going through a last minute situation. Plus Mark called me to let me know i hadnt secured my unit properly, really love how much he looked out for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I rented my storage unit online and was able to move in my stuff immediately. The whole process was really easy and stress-free. I was afraid of what would happen though when I lost my keys to the storage unit shortly after. Gynae, the assistant manager at this location was immediately available to help me and was so courteous and kind throughout the whole process. She quickly cut my lock off and I was easily able to put the new lock on. I’m so thankful Gynae was at this location today to help me. It was very relieving to have someone so kind and readily helpful in this stressful situation. Thank you Life Storage and thank you Gynae for being so kind and helpful today! Framed two woodblock pieces of mine with utmost care and precision. Decent prices compared to chains, and friendly staff. They also support local artists and have a good deal of pieces on display. Highly recommend.
