My first experience here was very positive. Exam and x-rays. 2 fillings and a crown. Dr. Kreps and the entire staff were very professional and caring. I was comfortable and pain-free throughout.

I highly recommend this place. I choose them, based on reviews, after not seeing a dentist for about 12 years. I’ll keep going back. They are very friendly, professional & clean. They’ve remembered things from previous visits which makes me feel pretty great as I struggle to remember what I did yesterday.

The entire team at Highland Dental are amazing! I am one of those- haven't been to the dentist in years... childhood fears lingered into adulthood. However, I broke a front tooth off and panicked! i needed to see someone as soon as possible. Living in the neighborhood and confirming my insurance worked, I called in a panic... at first i was told they could see me in a few weeks.. but I believe my tears and panic got me a call back and I was in the next day... it took every once of energy to get me there.. I was petrified - but I walked in and was greeted and treated with 100% respect. I thought i was going to shake right out of the chair, but the staff and Dr. Kreps were so kind and said they would take good care of me. And they did. I've been back numerous times now. Each time it gets a little easier. But the best part? they know who I am, know how to treat me and settle down my fears and tell me every step of the way what they are going to do. I even went in the last time, and was "barely" shaking... what an amazing team. I would rate your client skills as an A+. Thank you ALL, for making me feel good about my teeth again.

The absolute best dental office! I have used them for routine work, emergency work, and it's been wonderful every time! I go to them 3x a year nowadays because I love the service so much! They encouraged me to get into better oral health habits, and I'm so much happier with how my mouth and teeth feel day-to-day. To say nothing of how they look after a cleaning at HDP!

I found Highland Dental Professionals through my dental insurance website. When I put in my home address, this office came up, not only as one of the closest available through my coverage, but also the most highly rated by patients. It has been true! I've been coming here now for about 3 years and Dr. Kreps and her staff are wonderful, not only professional but always kind and considerate. I need a good deal of dental care and I don't particularly like getting it but Highland Dental Professionals staff make it less difficult to get what I need.
