  The Odd Couple Team was nothing but excellent, they provided world class support to a first time home buyer and I couldn't be more grateful. Ryan Radtke was the real MVP and provided some amazing guidance and know how in helping me find my very first home. The process was straightforward and painless and both Ryan and the rest of the time enjoy the credit for that. This is a group of highly professional people that really know what their doing and I cannot recommend them enough.

  The Odd Couple Team is phenomenal. Paul managed the sale of my condo in Uptown Minneapolis and also represented me in the purchase of my new home in Como. We had three strong offers in hand for my condo on Day 1, and my offer on the purchase property was one of twelve submitted. Especially in such a competitive seller's market, I couldn't be happier with the service and outcome that I received. Marjorie was great at communicating with me throughout the course of the sale and purchase, and at keeping me on task! Paul's expertise and intuition were key in both transactions. I would (and do!) recommend the Odd Couple Team to anyone and everyone I meet who is looking to buy or sell.

  Austen Kordosky helped us sell our home in the Midway area of St Paul. He, as well as all the folks with the Odd Couple Team were super nice, helpful and responsive through the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable about the current market, and of the homes in our area. We accepted a full price offer after 5 days on the market. It was a flawless experience, they did a great job!
