My car died and they worked with me to find out what was wrong. they gave me plenty of time to get it removed from there a lot and made the who thing less stressful

They went out of their way to fit me into a packed schedule while understaffed. I had rear tires replaced and a oil change done with a very reasonable wait considering I didn't have an appointment. Staff were very communicative with me as well- I set up a ride because they weren't sure when they would be able to squeeze me into the schedule but when they were able to get my car started earlier than expected they let me know right away and I didn't waste my friends time picking me up. Unfortunately the online system for making appointments is complete trash- it's not in their control and just as frustrating for them as it is for us. I highly recommend calling in advance and planning to potentially wait a week or two to get in due to current staffing and demand. These guys are definitely doing the best they can and I am so grateful for their help today!

Great experience yesterday - went in for a tire and brake change. My car dealership said I needed new brake pads urgently at my last oil change. Firestone remeasured the pads and determined they probably had another year of life (or more) - THANK YOU! Luke also helped me find a rebate for the tires.

Accurate quote provided ahead of time and timely communication throughout. This place does a great job!

I had all new tires put on, an oil change, windshield wiper replacement and engine air filter replacement for a reasonable price.

They did a courtesy alignment check and vehicle inspection.

The mechanic and front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I will definitely bring my vehicle back here.
