    Knowledgable and friendly owner. Knew exactly best fit and size before I even tried them on. Included a leather keychain lanyard (which someone previously stole) and a free tee-shirt! Jeans are super comfortable and I am trusting their protection based on their price and technology but haven't gotten in an accident.. yet.
