Our Lady of Peace

My uncle passed away here almost three years ago now. They were so gentle and compassionate with the whole process. They were very attentive to his care and made sure he had everything he wanted or needed. When he passed, they offered us grief counseling. I didn’t take them up on that for a long time. I came back a year later and they accepted me with open arms. The counselor really helped me to overcome some of the overwhelming feelings of grief. I’m endlessly grateful for the amazing work as well as kindness of the people at Our Lady of Peace.

Our brother Dave just spent his last 10 days here and repeatedly said They treat you like a king. Knowing he was happy made a huge difference for us. Thank you all for spending time with Dave and getting to him personally. You treated him like family when we couldn't be there.
We are forever grateful

My grandma stayed here for the last two months of her life and Our Lady of Peace was the biggest blessing and answer to our prayers. The staff was so kind and caring, they were attentative to any needs. I don't think I saw a single dirty thing in my grandma's room the entire time. Her hair was always cleaned and brushed. They take pride in providing the utmost care for their residents. When my grandma passed they were very respectful and caring. We felt like every need was taken care of and we could just be with grandma and not worry about anything. Thank you greatly for everything you do!

With recent experiences with both the recent passing of my mother and my wife I will be the first one to recommend Our Lady of Peace Hospice to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of needing hospice care. They are very caring and compassionate, and offer not just nursing care for your loved one but emotional and spiritual support as well. Their holistic approach is comforting for the patient and the family. And they offer ongoing grief support for survivors. I can't say enough good about them. They cared for my mother at the memory care facility where she lived and provided a bed and all of the supplies we needed to care for my wife at home. All at no cost to the family.

This is one of the cleanest and most comforting facilities I have seen. My brother has interned in many long term care and hospice care units in and around the Twin Cities, and said this is the nicest one he has seen. The staff were very caring and helped with the transition of our father so we never felt worried or concerned about anything. They truly care about the families that come through their doors. They made the final hours with our father as comforting and peaceful as possible.
