(November 14, 2020, 6:32 pm)BioLife is very well run, like a precision watch: people arrive for an appointment, move through steps, do what they need to do and move on. The staff is very friendly, calling you by name throughout the time. The system is well programmed to determine if there have been any health or risk changes since the last visit. Parking is ample and easily accessed.

Incredible Budge
(October 17, 2020, 11:38 pm)Honestly this place is pretty good. Unfortunately the last time I went the person helping me couldn't find my vain and poked around my arm with the needle still inside. Shortly after they started taking my blood a few complications arose such as several air bubbles, my arm starting to bleed and some side affects such as pain in my arm and over heating. The staff were very quick to stop the procedure and get me taken care of but ever since my first donation my fiance was worried about my donating. After this incident she asked me to not go anymore. So unfortunately I will likely not be returning. I don't blame anyone as this was simply a mistake and these things can happen. The person who put the needle in seemed to feel really bad and that made me sad. I've had hard days at work and I've made mistakes so I hope they don't let this bring them down. I still recommend this place. I would still be going if my fiance didn't ask me to stop so obviously this experience wasn't to big of a deal to me personally.

There is an excellent mobile app to streamline payment and scheduling. I definitely would recommend going here if you want to get some extra cash. I wouldn't let the 1-star reviews scare you away- plasma centers can attract some very interesting people if you know what I mean...

(September 18, 2020, 2:02 pm)I've had really good experiences with most of the staff there extremely friendly and professional I especially want to recognize Miss Nancy Cha shes so gentle so kind and every time ive encountered her shes ALWAYS sweet and respectful. Thank you to all the staff there who have made it enjoyable to come here and donate. I appreciate you all, especially during this time.
