(June 20, 2019, 6:17 pm)Josh helped me with my Bike, it derailed for the 3rd time in the 2 days I've used it and I couldn't fix it this time. He realigned my chain and solved the problem so it will stop derailing so much.
Excellent customer service, saved me from walking my bike over a mile in the rain to the closest bike shop.
Off to work for me now!
Edit: my bike is running a lot smoother now! -
