Due to the relocation we need clean our carpet in the whole house before we can sell it properly in a very urgent timeline. And all my questions and expectations could only be communicated on the phone. Dreamsteam worked at our empty house with my neighbor opened the front door for them. After a week, when I finally could go home, I was very happy to see that all carpets upstairs / downstairs looked so clean! And their price is really very reasonable too. I feel we were taken care of like we are a family, not just a business. Very satisfied and appreciate!

Joe and his partner were great! I don’t usually leave reviews but I told them I would for them! Anytime I needed to call Joe for a question prior to the day of service and on the day of service he answered every single time. The day of they came and cleaned everything within a hour and they even tried to help me with another stain I had that wasn’t included in the service I had selected. They were nice and funny and polite and didn’t try too hard to be professional or a complete stranger it was a great balance. They got the stain out of my rug and my couch smells so fresh and clean! I would 10/10 recommend!

Dream Steam has once again surpassed our expectations! We were in a time crunch getting ready to list our property and Joe came through for us. The carpets look like new again. We have tried other companies in the past but will never call any other company going forward. We refer everyone we know to Dream Steam and will continue to do so.
