Signing up with the Fitness Police Boot Camp has been the best thing I’ve ever done. When I started I could not do a lot of the exercises, however, Spencer coached me to push past the pain. With every session I get stronger and stronger. I’m in it to win it... Each workout session is my - ME TIME!!!

Spencer is awesome and he knows what he’s doing. My experience so far has been very professional and I like how clean and organized the gym is. Spencer is so caring and he really cares about the well-being of his clients, employees, and anyone who comes to workout as well. I would recommend anyone for personal training to try Fitness Police. I absolutely love The Fitness Police!! They are the real deal and are genuine in their approach. I’ve been working out with Spencer for over 13 years and credit him with empowering me to explore weight training. He has a huge heart and is passionate about helping others discover their physical strength as well as inner strength.
