  A huge shout out to John, who helped me pick out a new pair of shoes! I was feeling very nervous because I have odd feet and haven't run in years.
  
  John was kind, knowledgeable, and never made me feel like a bother. He listened to my concerns and used the expert knowledge of his stock to find me the perfect shoe. I feel excited about running again, and will be back - The Running Store is a great place with caring folk. Highly recommend.

  Great service!! I went to the store on Grand Ave in St. Paul a couple weeks ago and Jeff was very helpful in finding a pair of running shoes. It took a little trial and error, and an extra visit or two, but I can say the pair I have now are great. Thank you Jeff for your patience and great service!!!

  I always get phenomenal service when I'm there! Every employee I've spoken to has been helpful, cheerful, and polite! I love getting my shoes and running supplies from The Running Room!
