John Becker State Farm

Switched my car insurance and banking over to John Becker State Farm this year and I have been very pleased with my decision. Everyone at the office is extremely helpful and diligent. They seem like they actually care, which is a little rare when it comes to insurance. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to make their insurance and banking experiences that much easier.

I've been with John Becker's office for almost 20 years. He and his associates have been tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and able to address any issue I've encountered. I've had multiple cars at any given time, a motorcycle, and my home insured with his group. I can pull a car in & out of storage throughout the year w/o any delays in full coverage and enjoy the discount rates while it is parked in the garage. I can leave a message when they're out of office and know I'll receive call backs either same day or next business morning. Each and every associate has been pleasant and they keep me on track if I happen to miss a payment. I started with State Farm in MN when I purchased my first car at 16 yrs old. I've been with State Farm while living in MN, IL, & TX for 49 years and they've always provided me the best coverage for the money...with one exception. I did switch to Farmers Ins when I transferred to TX, as they offered me a comparable policy at a considerably lower price...that lasted 3 months and then the premiums skyrocketed...you know, the "bait & switch" tactic. Dropped Farmers and went back to State Farm. Recently had another annual review with them for best premiums and best coverage...highly recommended. I can honestly say that my experiences with each and every State Farm office the owner & associates have been outstanding!

Cody was a fantastic help. He knows his insurance and really cares and wants to help you out like he is your friend. Super timely, super friendly, amazing service.

Extremely pleasant staff to deal with. Very patient and knowledgeable. You can find State Farm’s on almost any corner but I would go out of my way to work with the John Becker Agency. Cody was my representative and he was so polite and amazing to work with. He made me feel like he actually cared about the coverage that I had.
