My only feedback is that when making an appointment, be sure to let people know the exact address of the shop they're heading to. It's easy to get mixed up because two Bonfe shops are so close to each other, and not distinguished clearly online. Overall, good experience!

(May 25, 2019, 9:10 am)Brad is genuine and very helpful. I felt like I shouldn't have had as many issues getting to the finished result, especially for the total bill. That said, once it was done I haven't had an issue and I will go back to them in the future. (Hopefully a long time of in the future!)
Oh and they have restroom.... but go before you get there. ? -

(April 12, 2019, 7:29 pm)I've been going to Bonfe's exclusively since moving to the west 7th neighborhood (over 3 years). Friendly service, will always proactively tell you about potential problems down the road, and they always make things right. I had some major brake work done there and my pedal felt a little soft a while after. Bonfe's adjusted the brakes for free even though it had been several months and was quite probably not directly related to the previous work.
