  I will be honest and say I was a chiropractor skeptic: I thought I’d have a good neck crack and that’s it. I couldn’t have expected that my decades-long battle with debilitating headaches and migraines would have finally come to a solution. Taking a more “maintenance” and continued overall well-being approach vs the “emergency basis” big crack once in a while has been a game changer. Dr. Kayla is INCREDIBLE and is wonderful to work WITH. She meets you wherever you are with huge compassion and a focus on healing that is both comforting and encouraging. She is also very, very smart and is so helpful with my millions of questions. My experience has been one of the best health and wellness experiences I’ve ever had, and I wish I would have started sooner!!!

  Dr. Kayla has been very helpful to me with all of my chiropractic needs. She does a great job helping me stay healthy and active. It is easy to make appointments with her and the environment is very welcoming and comfortable.

  I was in Saint Paul on vacation with my family when my back "went out". I was in enough pain that I was not able to participate in vacation activities with my family. My back went out on Wednesday morning and I was able to get an appointment with Dr, Kayla on Thursday afternoon. I had an exam and 3 chiropractic treatments over Thursday and Friday. It made a world of difference. My back pain significantly subsided, and I was able to do everything we had planned for the balance of our vacation. She was great to work with. I highly recommend her if you need chiropractic treatment for back pain or similar ailments. She is kind, professional, good at what she does and a genuinely nice person. Jeff A.

  Dr. Kayla is one of the best wellness chiropractors I have ever worked with. She gives great adjustments and has wonderful bedside manners. Plus, she takes the time to explain what she's doing and why. She treats the whole person, looking at lifestyle, food, activity, etc. when making recommendations. Most recently, Dr. Kayla helped my husband recover from plantar fasciitis, which is an extremely painful condition. He was amazed. We are so grateful to have her on our healthcare team!

  I came to Dr. Kayla in a lot of pain keeping me from doing daily tasks and things I wanted to do like play hockey. I’ve seen her for adjustments for almost a month now and feel a lot better in my body, less daily pain and better relief from stretches she gives as I continue to see her. She is very thorough and informative about spine health and how it impacts the rest of your body and systems. Definitely recommend!
