“This is my first time getting a storage and was not aware of how the ice is during the winter. I unit was ice sealed to the point we broke two scrapers trying to break the ice. I went to the office and got help from one of the managers calicee she was very helpful and very understanding of my situation. She got one of her tools and helped with the ice after an almost hour it finally opened. She than put salt down and scarped all the ice out and from around my unit and told me if there was anything else she could help with she would try her best to make my storage stay more easier and comfortable. She did amazing job being that it was freezing cold and in my personal opinion corporate should do something about the ice not only for the customers but for the employees”

“Hotel was very nice and staff was super nice . We got to talking to the receptionist and she had free appetizers coupons at a sports bar that was a couple doors down . Breakfast was above average . Standard complimentary breakfast but everything was hot and being filled up constantly. It would of been nice to have a hotel bar but they are bars very close by . Rooms were clean . The blinds were supposedly controlled electronically. Which is great until they break . I would definitely stay here again . It's in a great spot in the city . Lots of bars and restaurants around it and it was right next to arena where the wild play.”
