(November 5, 2020, 9:42 pm)I would highly recommend touring the Edison at Rice Creek if you are looking for a new place to live. Cathy, the Property Manager, is amazing and the rest of the staff are very friendly. The apartments are very spacious with high quality appliances and the walk in closets are awesome! I have been living here for a little over two months now and have nothing but positive things to say. Even though the apartment building is right off the highway, I don't hear any noise due to the high quality windows. Definitely consider the Edison at Rice Creek Apartments/Townhomes if you are looking for a new place! It's AMAZING!!

(November 5, 2020, 9:40 pm)I honestly cannot recommend The Edison at Rice Creek enough. The property manager, Cathy, is an absolute angel and you can tell the TRULY cares about her residents. Things were a little strange due to COVID and that had resulted in some delays with our apartment (as we were one of the first residents to actually move into the apartment building). Cathy and the rest of the team were incredible and put us up in one of the carriage homes until the apartment was completed. They have just done so many things above and beyond what I would ever expect or have experienced from a management team. The building, facilities and apartments themselves are beautiful and well constructed.
The only tiny con I can think it that it is really close to 35W but that's barely even a con because you can barely hear any traffic noise in the apartments and the building thanks to how well this place was built. If you are looking for a place to live that's not too far away from the action of the city, has beautiful apartments and amenities and the nicest & most caring staff, then The Edison at Rice Creek is the place for you. -

We are so excited to move in to this amazing community and cant wait to enjoy all the ammenities as well as our cozy new home!
