Fix it physical therapy

Fix It has been, without exaggeration, a life-changer for me. I hurt my back 3 years ago, and had just gotten used to living with daily pain and limitation, as nothing I did seemed to help. I just took lots of ibuprofen and Tylenol and accepted the fact that I couldn't do much with my young kids without dealing with the pain. Someone finally referred me to Fix It, and I decided to give it a try, although my expectations were low.

After my first visit, I felt better than I had in 3 years - it was amazing. It was not a one-time magic fix, and we're continuing to repair years worth of problems, but to be 80% better so quickly has really changed my life and shown me that living without constant pain may really be possible. And I get to play with my kids without constantly wincing or worrying, which is amazing.

I was wary of chiropractic treatment being the answer, and the Fix It approach of much more gentle "joint mobility" treatment has been great for me. I really can't recommend this enough, as I think literally everyone would benefit from this form of PT. But for anyone that struggles with chronic pain that they can't seem to heal, this is definitely worth checking out. The team is amazing and the results have been fantastic. I can't recommend them enthusiastically enough.

Always a great experience at Fix It PT! I go in with various aches and pains and come out feeling so much better!! When I had plantar fasciitis last year, Kelly gave me a super easy exercise that takes about 30 seconds twice a day and keeps my muscles stretched and in tip-top shape! No more painful plantar fasciitis! Thank you Kelly!!

I have had ongoing shoulder/scapular pain for over a year and Kelly was able to increase my joints range of motion with one treatment. Based on that treatment and ongoing exercise I have been able to continue with decreasing my pain. She and her team are the best!
