  Bill Urbank at Walser Polar Mazda gave me the best experience buying out of my lease. The whole process seemed confusing to me until Bill went step by step and explained exactly what we were doing and what I was signing so I felt confident in my decision. He was also very transparent throughout the whole process and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed like I have been before. I will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle from him but I will also recommend him to all of my friends and family. I was very impressed with his service.

  I loved the low stress feeling of shopping at Mazda. The ability to take the car for a lengthy independent test drive allowed the vehicle to sell itself based on performance!

  Probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a car dealership. We worked mostly with Macy and she was fantastic. She never pressured us to purchase or lease a vehicle. Ultimately that is why we chose to purchase our new vehicle at Polar Mazda. Plus, they were upfront with their pricing and it ended up being competitive with other dealerships. Thanks to Macy and Steve for treating us like family and making the experience stress-free.

  Just bought a 2018 Mazda from Walser Polar Mazda. They did it right! On a ten scale, they get 10.5. (As a rule, I never give ratings above 9.) Here’s how they distinguished themselves:
  + When I first called because of the car they listed for sale, the dealership GM answered the phone. That was impressive.
  + I told him I was reluctant to buy from a dealer because of the last experience I had with another dealer. He had the right answers.
  + When I arrived to test drive, I was partnered with a salesman who was knowledgeable about the car. He answered all my questions and was insightful all along the way. They even covered my oversight, when I’d forgotten to bring my car’s title with me from home.
  + When it was time to do the deal, the price was fair. The process was easy and transparent, and the Used Car manager took me to the finish line.
  + My car was ready ahead of schedule, clean and sparkly.
  + No balls were dropped, the details were handled perfectly, and I will gladly give them my repeat business.

  Wonderful dealership..No haggling, just solid cars at fair prices. Professional staff makes car buying experience fun! We saw a used Mazda 6 online at Walser Polar Mazda and decided to go test drive it. We worked with Brennan Smith. He took us on a test drive and allowed us to experience driving on bumpy roads, curvy roads, and highways so that we got a real sense of how the car handled. During this time, our trade was being evaluated at the dealership. Brennan was happy to answer our questions and listened to the things that we were looking for in a car. When we got back to the dealership, our trade in value was ready and we felt that the car price combined with the trade in price was a good deal and we wrapped up the whole experience in a morning and drove away in our new/used Mazda 6. This isn't the first car we've bought through Walser Polar Mazda. The sales staff is always professional and friendly and the service department is also stellar. We are very pleased with our experience with Walser Polar Mazda. We feel we got a fair deal on our Mazda 6. It's a fabulous brand and Walser Polar Mazda is a great dealership to do business with.
