Skip the big box stores and get a personalized experience. If you want to go somewhere and feel like the owner and the employees actually care about your being there then you need to look no further. Me and my family went there today and the customer service received was so exceptional that we can’t stop talking about it. I had brought some cash but was just a little bit short of there already ridiculously cheap prices. They said don’t worry about it that’s plenty. What kind of a place gives that kind of service? Not many in my opinion.

These guys are rock stars. I have taken two watches in for new batteries. They are very helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. Plus they are attentive and friendly. A great local place to do business.

Friendly, reasonable prices, quality! My wedding ring band was bending and they did a wonderful job with the repair. It didn't take very long either. My husband also had my ring re-plated here a few years ago and they did a great job then too.
