“This is my first time getting a storage and was not aware of how the ice is during the winter. I unit was ice sealed to the point we broke two scrapers trying to break the ice. I went to the office and got help from one of the managers calicee she was very helpful and very understanding of my situation. She got one of her tools and helped with the ice after an almost hour it finally opened. She than put salt down and scarped all the ice out and from around my unit and told me if there was anything else she could help with she would try her best to make my storage stay more easier and comfortable. She did amazing job being that it was freezing cold and in my personal opinion corporate should do something about the ice not only for the customers but for the employees”

Randy went out of his way to show me the units available and walked me through the amenities offered. After completing my rental forms Randy made sure I understood how to enter and exit through the locked gates and was very kind and respectful.”

“We purchased a new washer and dryer, and had a delivery within a few days. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. They installed new ventilation, hoses and were very quick. The price was also better than the competition. They took away our old washer and dryer on top of that, which is so convenient. Highly recommended!”
