We set up a time and he was prompt, professional, knowledgable and understanding. He helped me find the solution to my hard water and stay within my budget. The installation was quick and painless, at least for me, and the softener works great, very efficient. After a few months, I thought my water could be a bit softer so Justin came out and adjusted the salt usage per wash or something technical like that. The softener works great, as promised. The office staff is equally helpful and professional. They are eager to answer any question I may have. I have been very satisfied with Merles Water Conditioning and would recommend them to anyone looking for a water softening system.”

They also took care of the valve that needed to be replaced.(that was causing the check engine light to be on) I didn't have an appointment for that to get done, but they took care of it anyway.
