We set up a time and he was prompt, professional, knowledgable and understanding. He helped me find the solution to my hard water and stay within my budget. The installation was quick and painless, at least for me, and the softener works great, very efficient. After a few months, I thought my water could be a bit softer so Justin came out and adjusted the salt usage per wash or something technical like that. The softener works great, as promised. The office staff is equally helpful and professional. They are eager to answer any question I may have.
