I needed a last minute item shipped fast and I am not kidding when I say I got a shipping notification only minutes after placing my order. I sent an email to their customer service to check if it was actually being shipped today since I placed my order later in the day and they responded back also within only a couple minutes! They said they already shipped my item and I should receive it on time! 10 STARS!!

I ordered some great berdie bean stuff that I couldn’t find anywhere and they had it. They shipped it and came in 2 days to Nevada. Thanks so much. Will definitely shop here again. Loved everything.

The online store is wonderful! I was able to find some bamboo pajamas on sale that were sold out on the brand's website. Free shipping with $50 spent is great, and I got a notification that my order was being prepared within a few days of ordering. I will definitely keep checking out Blossom Baby!

I want to commend this business on their customer service. I ordered a product from them that was coming from a third party supplier. When the third party supplier had issues sending the product out, Blossom provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue, responded to my email on a Saturday morning with all the information I requested, returned my expedited shipping fee, and offered to waive return fees if the product didn’t arrive in time for me to use it (it was a travel product I bought for a specific trip). Essentially, it was like interacting with a person who took a personal interest in helping me get what I needed rather than a standard response from a big company. I was really impressed and appreciated Blossom going the extra mile. Thank you!
