Right away I was impressed with Derek and his associate during installation. I also got to work with Jason and Mick as they worked together to solve some last minute concerns I had with great speed and professionalism!

He listened to what we were looking for, answered all of our many questions and helped us select a fireplace that would fit our needs. Mick also answered questions we had about the framing requirements. Very knowledgeable in every aspect! Tyler A. and Noah S. installed the fireplace and they were very professional. The fireplace looks amazing! I would highly recommend using Glowing Hearth & Home.
