I would highly recommend using them owner of the company Jess is a great guy and all his employees Andy Dave are great people they build great things and satisfy homeowners and as a subcontractor to them they treat me great.

Xpand was great to deal with.
Jess from Xpand was at my house the day I called him. He gave us an estimate on the deck we wanted through their on line app the very next day. We excepted signed his contract on line and we where ready to go. The utility companies where out the day after that and then we got a copy of the building permit from their web site.
The following Monday the lumber was delivered and the next day his crew showed up to began demolition on our front concrete steps and start on the deck.
His crew was great, cleaned up after themselves each day and kept us informed as to what was next.
Our 10' x 16' cedar deck was done in less then 3 days and with outstanding quality. I can defiantly reamend Xpand for professional, quality and fast installation.

They came highly recommended from some friends who, also, explored several builders and went with this one. Our friends' experience from start to finish on their project was very positive. We would echo that, as our project will be coming to an end in a couple of weeks. Jess Moeding, owner of the company, is very personable, easy to work with, very patient with all of our questions and very knowledgeable. The team of subcontractors that he brought in were outstanding! Jess was very responsive and always got back to us quickly. He showed up on sight for regular visits. He was very responsive to our requests for changes and was respectful of our trying to stay within the budget parameters we set for ourselves. I had to have a major repair done to my house, just as the weather turned really cold in MN. The team worked through it and did a fantastic job. I mean, they basically had to take the back wall off of my walkout basement in 10 degree weather, and they still did a thorough job, checking in periodically as they went to show what they had discovered when the extent was greater than anticipated, what they were doing to prevent the problem from happening again. I was very pleased with all my interactions with my sales person Andy as well. He was very responsive, very friendly. I would definitely hire them again.
