There's something about being surrounded by a bunch of people who are all working hard, learning and present for the same reasons. I haven't felt that experience since my Marine Corps days. The staff are good people and so are the students. This gym exceeds my expectations. Life's full of first steps and it's never too late to begin anew, but a life of no action is a wasted one. So if you're thinking about this gym, you need to make your move and stop in to see it for yourself.

They have a great youth program here at American Top Team. They take the time with new students to fully explain how to do something correctly and safely. Parent communication is great and expectations are clear. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and they even have a playroom for younger siblings. Highly recommend this gym for youth MMA.

If you are looking to break out of your normal routine and use muscles you didn't know you had, while getting in some great cardio, this is the place for you! In addition to conditioning your body in a way you won't get at the standard gym, you learn valuable self-defense techniques. Training here, develops confidence in your self and your ability to defend. With each class you will learn something new about technique and about yourself. There are also amazing classes just for Women and Yoga too! Don't wonder if you should be training here, do it!

American Top Team in Savage is excellent! The only regret that I have is that I didn't start training sooner. It's one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. Every day I train I am both humbled and enlightened. -- Everyone here, from the most casual student to the most advanced practitioner, is an awesome person. -- If you want to lose weight and improve your cardio, you will. If you want to learn real potentially life-saving self-defense, you will. If you want to meet awesome people, train together, and continuously learn and improve, you will. This place is great!

My family and I attend classes at American Top Team and find the gym to be positive and very family friendly. The coaches treat all of the kids with respect and care while giving them a fun, disciplined workout. Both of my kids (ages 7 &9) have increased their confidence and self-control and are learning skills and techniques that make them feel stronger and more self-assured. The adult classes are challenging and fun and appropriate for all levels of fitness. The overall atmosphere of American Top Team is welcoming, encouraging, and engaging, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
