Had a massive ice damn in gutter due to shingle material from new roof blocking spout. Ice was building on sidewalk and creating a hazard. Came the very next day and steamed it out and assisted in documenting the issue/cause which then the roofing company paid for. Thanks for the quick and efficient service.
