  Where do I start with thanking the caregivers for my father , I’ll start with his favorite person , Anthony . Anthony has been taking care of my father’s personal needs for almost 3 years, he is always cheerful, caring and very patient, and punctual to a fault!Thank you Anthony ! Then there is April , the nurse , we had to move my dad to a facility from our home , and getting his medicine and other supplies he needed coordinated with the VA and the facility nurse was made so much easier with her knowledge of the VA . I called her many times , she always answered no matter what she was doing and either answered my questions or found out for me . Thank you April ! Michelle is his newest caregiver/PT nurse , she has my father out of his wheelchair and walking again with the walker ! Thank you Michelle! And finally Alicia who works in the office of Britestar , she calls when there is a schedule change , she calls just to see if everything is going well, and she also called to say Happy Birthday to my dad ! Thank you Alicia !

  "Avery is young in age but mature in thought. I decided to give this young woman a chance as a nurse's aide to help care for my husband, job well done. Avery is planning to become a Registered Nurse, lucky patients. We will miss her." - Doris J.

  I love my experience with two loving and special aides, Tammy and Haley. They are both so attentive and devoted in what they do. I appreciate their charm, social and diving skills and each day I am with them makes me content and happy. Whether it is grocery shopping, mall walking or just sitting and talking at my favorite book store :coffee shop , they are the best. John T.

  Brightstar has been a very good for our family. They work closely with the VA and take great care of veterans in the community. Jasmine has been caring for my Dad since we started with Brightstar and my parents really really like her. She is extremely capable and handles everything with a very positive attitude. My mother really looks forward to the days Jasmine is helping. We’ve also been blessed to have Mallory as a regular caregiver. She is super reliable, and we know we can count on her to be here even in snowy weather. Jasmine and Mallory, as well as the Brightstar caregivers who have filled in for them, are able to take on tasks that typically my parents normally only trust me with, so it’s helped a lot. April the Brightstar nurse is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We are very grateful to the Brightstar team.

  BrightStar has been such a wonderful provider of care for our dad. He started receiving help from BrightStar last March. I cannot express how grateful we are for the excellent care he has received from his whole team. Rosae and Jasmine are both so kind and compassionate, helping him with daily tasks and self care that he has been unable to do alone. They are truly the best at what they do, providing our dad with companionship and help while maintaining his dignity. They have helped our dad in so many ways and we are so grateful! He trusts them completely and is so comfortable with them. His nurse April has been amazing as well, helping with medications and support in so many ways. The Physical Therapy he receives from Michelle has helped him maintain his strength and try to lead a more active lifestyle. We have had great communication with all of the BrightStar team, including the office staff. BrightStar has made a very difficult situation much more manageable and we are thankful that we are able to receive such wonderful care for our dad.
