He maintains a calmness even when you are stressing out. I really respect him. His staff is always nice and caring. Even when I did not deserve there kindness. When old man grumpiness comes out and I treated them unfairly. I am sorry for my behaviour. I highly recommend this office for your primary care. They have a new phone system from Cigna. It is awful. In addition to providing outstanding Independent Living Skills services, they provide fingerprinting services for DHS. They go out of their way to stay open late one day per week and on Saturdays so others are able to have the convenience of not having to take time off work to get fingerprinting done. “I’m not sure why they have such bad reviews but they are always much faster , cheaper and friendlier than the target , cvs or Walgreens pharmacies ive tried in shakopee . I’ve never had to wait more than 15 mins for a prescription . They have great text alerts . They work with pretty much any health insurance including Medical assistance. Out of pocket generic drug costs are lower than any other nearby pharmacy. Lastly I forgot to pickup a prescription several times and always get called to remind me it’s ready. I even once had them refill the same one three times and they were kind enough to refill it . Remember that a lot of the times it’s not the pharmacy that has issues with your prescription it’s usually an issue with your insurance or your clinic.”
