“The vet clinic we have been going to for years, decided to discontinue their small animal surgeries. Our 15 year old dachshund needed to have his teeth cleaned so we contacted Shakopee Veterinary Clinic. Our son takes his dog there. They were able to make an appointment in a very reasonable time frame to check out our dog and make sure he is healthy enough to handle being put under. Upon arrival I was greeted by a super pleasant front desk gal, who welcomed us to the office. She was very nice and made friends with my dog. After a very short wait, the tech came in. She was so sweet and friendly. When the Dr. came in, she was so nice. We had a great conversation, and she explained the cleaning with possible extractions. It was a great experience, and the clinic is very nice. Happy we found them.”

My grandma, and quite a few other people I know who have had their grandparents here have experienced great care and service to our relatives. They were there for our family in a few stages of my grandmas life, and were always thoughtful and thorough with her care. It is not a very big facility, but takes very good care of their guests. It was always clean, and answers were always provided. Meetings for care at later stages of life were scheduled and our feedback was always important to what they were trying to achieve. The staff was always friendly and polite as we brought our children to see their great grandma. I would reccomend this facility to anyone asking about care for their family in their later stages of life.”
