“I had a bad experience at another place (PetSmart) and called Chuck & Dons to get our 100 lb. Bernese Mountain Dog groomed. When I made the appointment, the gentleman who booked it, asked me to call the groomer, Jessie, to make sure they could accommodate my needs (Bentley is petrified of the blower and has to air dry). He was so pleasant & professional while being helpful. I called Jessie prior to our appointment and she had some helpful suggestions (I've never heard of a "happy hoodie"). Long story a bit shorter, Jessie was AMAZING!! she took her time with him, gave him breaks, was so pleasant, cheerful and I could go on and on! She genuinely cares about her customers (human and pets) and stays in communication with you. If you're looking for a place to have your dog groomed, you absolutely have to come to Chuck & Dons and please tip your groomer well because they deserve it!! 😊”

“Pretty solid experience from the sales staff member I worked with through to the delivery and set up of the item I purchased. The sales staff member I worked with listened to me and my wishes and gave suggestions accordingly. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to upsell me on items I didn't want or added fee based services that are unnecessary (experiences in other stores right now). Today the delivery folks were quick, efficient, and kind, it was all over before I realized it. The only reason I have it at 4 instead of 5 is the experience with some of the more junior members of staff. Like the Ashley's next door, some of the more junior floor sales staff need a little more experience with customer service and their ability to read the signs of customers as they shop. I had been in to Furniture Mart a number of times in a small span of time and the people I speak of were a little heavy with the pressure and hovering a bit too much to be helpful instead of their lingering presence.”

I was given good advice on proper fitting frames, including nose bridge, relation to my big bulldog head, and fashion. I found one good frame I liked, and went with it. You stand in front of a mirror, and that's it for fitting.”
