They took great care of me (and the chairs!) from start to finish and far exceeded any expectations. I was not sure what condition the chairs would be in underneath their previous fabric and I appreciated Jeff reaching out and giving me an update of how things looked before he started repairs. I couldn't believe my eyes when we picked the chairs up tonight - amazing craftsmanship. All in all, Jeff and Cheryl were very responsive and flexible - I could not say more good things and will definitely work with them in the future.
