If you are a veterans you should really make an appointment to talk with the VSO. Bruce went over tons of benefits I didn't know about. VSO is a one stop shop.
Mike, Bruce and the rest of the staff are fantastic and really care about your well-being. They make it clear they are here to help their veterans and it shows. This office is speedy and responsive, however the VA end still is not.
I've been working with Mike on my VA claim about 10 months now. Good guy to work with, had a few issues with some forms missing information but it was resolved quickly and worked out in my favor.
I had great service. Bruce gave me great information not just about the issue I made the appointment for, but also several other issues I should be aware of. I left my appointment feeling that he really cares and he looks out for veterans
